Food writing is not just about putting words in your mouth. In this workshop with Helen Greenwood, participants will do a tasting, discuss their own food writing and examine different genres of food writing, from reviewing and reporting to memoirs and tweeting.
Participants are asked to come to the workshop with a short 300-word piece they have written about a food experience. It can be on shopping, eating, cooking or just thinking about food.
Supported by Pantera Press.
Duration: 6.5 hours Maximum capacity: 16 participants
