American poet and memoirist Kim Stafford describes creative non-fiction as “the musical arrangement of passionate facts”. If fiction is the art of telling beautiful lies, literary non-fiction is the art of telling beautiful truths.

Join Mark Tredinnick for a workshop in literary non-fiction. Mark will explore techniques for writing your own true stories, consider the ethics of non-fiction and examine your publishing options. He will lead participants in writing exercises and offer informed feedback and guidance.

Bring your passionate facts and learn how you might arrange them musically.

Supported by Pantera Press.

Duration: 3 hours
Maximum capacity: 16 participants
